Organizer Responsibility / Liability for Tournaments
TMS – Tournament Management System provides a technical platform for the creation, publication, registration and management of tournaments and events.
The respective organizer is solely responsible for all tournaments and events created and published through TMS. This includes in particular the organization and operation of the event, accuracy and currentness of published information, participation requirements and entry fees, competition and safety regulations, disciplines and classifications, required permits and insurance, compliance with applicable laws and proper handling of matters involving participants, coaches, clubs and other parties.
The operator of TMS is not the organizer or co-organizer of tournaments published through the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.
Each organizer creates, publishes, organizes and conducts its tournaments and events independently, under its own responsibility and for its own account.
The operator of TMS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currentness or legality of information and content provided by organizers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator shall not be liable for damages, claims, costs or other consequences arising from the organization, operation, modification, postponement, cancellation of or participation in a tournament published through TMS. Any mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
The respective organizer is solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits, insurance policies, rights and other legal or organizational requirements for the event are in place.
